Achillea millefolium 'Sassy Summer Sunset'

  • Beautiful in fresh or dried arrangements
  • Sturdy, compact growth habit
  • Attracts butterflies
  • Deer resistant

Details

Achillea 'Sassy Summer Sunset' has a very full, sturdy, upright habit that has a more substantial presence in the garden than other yarrows on the market. Yarrow thrives in average to poor soil; rich (fertile) soil tends to make plants tall and floppy. The large, red and gold blossoms will become more mustard colored as they mature.

Growing Tips

Once flowers have faded, cut plant back by half.
