Calamagrostis acutiflora 'Karl Foerster' is a slender, upright ornamental grass for the garden, landscape or at water's edge. Red-bronze flower spikes dry to a golden buff color, excellent as dried flowers or for winter interest. This Reed Grass forms neat clumps; ideal for small gardens. 2001 Perennial Plant of the Year.
