Artemisia 'Silver Mound' is an outstanding foliage plant with a silky texture and aromatic foliage. Stunning when planted en masse, where it will provide a wonderful contrast to plants with green foliage or vibrant flowers. Requires average, very well-drained soils; avoid heavily fertilized, or soggy soils. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system. Do not overwater; allow the top few inches of soil to dry slightly between intervals. Prune back in late spring to rejuvenate and promote dense growth.
