A compact version of the popular Burpless Hybrid cucumber, Cucumis sativus 'Burpless Bush' is a good option for small spaces and containers. The fruit is straight, cylindrical, easy to slice, nearly seedless and good for fresh use or for pickling. Burpless varieties contain less curcurbitacin, a naturally occurring chemical that causes some cuke eaters to burp. 50 - 60 days to maturity.
