Ocimum basilicum 'Sweet Mammoth' is an extra large-leafed variety with excellent traditional basil flavor and aroma. Sweet Mammoth tends to hold that desired basil flavor when cooked. Huge leaves grow as big as your hand and plants have a shorter growth habit. Use as a wrap, on sandwiches, or in pesto, sauces and salads.
