The spectacular 6-8" flowers of Hibiscus moscheutos 'Luna Red' are very striking in the garden. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds and excellent in mixed perennial or shrub plantings, or as a background or hedge. Hardy Hibiscus are a good companion to spring-flowering bulbs. New growth begins late in spring. Mulch over winter for better survival.
