Brassica campestris Pekinensis 'Mini Tender Gold' is an excellent mini Chinese cabbage with a bright yellow interior and nice green exterior color. Maturing in just 47-50 days, it is slower to bolt than other mini varieties. Great for spring rolls, stir-fries, soups and other Asian cuisine. This high quality Napa type cabbage that can be used for full-size head production or it can be densely planted (4" spacing) and grown for mini Chinese cabbage in just 40 days.
