Pepper 'Mad Hatter' is totally unique, with plants that can get 4 ft. tall and fruit shaped like flying saucers! These could easily become your favorite snacking pepper. The fruit is super-crunchy and the flavor is sweet, citrusy and floral. Native to Peru and Bolivia.
