If you've given up on Bacopa (Sutera) for it's lack of blooms in the summer, we've got some new varieties for you to try. In our test garden Sutera hybrid 'Betty Blue' (and it's sister 'Betty White') bloomed like crazy all through the blistering heat and into the fall! Not only that, but the bloom size was bigger than any other bacopa we've seen. Bacopa is a great "spiller" and perfect compliment to other flowers in mixed hanging baskets and containers.

Growing Tips

Because the newer varieties of Bacopa have not had several years of testing, we still recommend not letting them get too dry as it may slow down the flowering.
