Cucurbita pepo 'Bush Delicata' produces excellent yields of 8" long by 4" wide squash. This Winter Squash variety has a sweet potato flavor with deep gold flesh. Smaller seed cavity and thicker walls than other Delicata varieties. Suitable for small gardens. 80 days to maturity.
