Common Name: Bugleweed

Ajuga reptans 'Metallica' has beautiful flower spikes that complement its glossy dark foliage and attract hummingbirds. Lovely at garden's edge, in the rock garden or as a slow-spreading ground cover. This Bugleweed adapts well to difficult sites, including areas with poor soils and beneath downspouts. Foliage is darker in sun than it is in shade.
