Ageratum hybrid 'Artist Blue Violet' displays clusters of fuzzy, blue-violet flowers all season long. Full mounding habit with excellent vigor. Intermingles well with other plants to fill in the middle ground of a container combination or sunny annual bed. Unlike most Flossflower deadheading is not necessary for continuous bloom, as new flowers will cover up the old all season.

Ageratum hybrid 'Artist Blue Violet' does not require deadheading for continuous bloom. Plants will "bury their dead" (new flowers will quickly cover old flowers) so no deadheading necessary. Most other Ageratum will need deadheading.
